Electronic Prescription Service now Available.

We are now able to send repeat and acute prescriptions electronically directly to your nominated pharmacy. This means that you know longer need to come to the surgery to pick up your repeat prescription, you can go directly to the pharmacy and pick it up from there. Please inform reception of your nominated pharmacy. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this could cause errors.

On registering with Upper Halliford Medical Centre all patients are assigned a General Practitioner who is Dr. Kamil. Any queries please ask at the Reception desk.

When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed please telephone 1-1-1 and your call will be directed to our out of hours provider. 

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

The local pharmacist gives free health advice at any time - there is no need for an appointment. Many pharmacies operate extended hours on a rota basis.

Weybridge NHS Walk-in Centre

This is a nurse-led centre at 22 Church Street, Weybridge.

The telephone number is 01932 826013.

It is open from 07:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 Saturday and Sunday, and 09:00 – 15:00 Bank Holidays, except Christmas Day.

Ashford NHS Walk-in Centre

Open 10:00 – 22:00 Monday to Sunday, Tel: 01784 884828.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
